It was my 1st order from them so being a bit skeptical was natural. It is an expensive jacket & I had been saving money for it for a couple of weeks. When the package arrived, I was very happy. Perfect size, high quality merchandise, nice packaging & a surprise gift! It was literally unexpected. What bothered me was the UPS shipping. It really tested my patience. It would be great if you guys could improve in that area too.
Their prices are great! They even offer further discount. I am a huge fan of this jacket and ordered it for a special event in my college. I usually wear a L in jackets and ordered the same as their sizes are based on American measurements.
